The rules for using MileFlying. Short, plain, and written in good faith.
Who we are
MileFlying is operated by Harnoor Gill, based in Canada. By using the website at mileflying.com, subscribing to our newsletter, purchasing a paid subscription, or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we offer
- Free newsletter: a weekly Thursday digest of the best award deals we surfaced that week.
- MileFlying Premium ($15 CAD / month): full deal alerts twice per week (Tuesday + Sunday), plus instant alerts on the rarest premium-cabin space (ANA First, Etihad First, Qatar QSuites, Lufthansa First, AC widebody business). Includes direct DM access, a 15-minute credit card consultation each month, 25% off Points Booking Concierge, limited-time point-buy promo alerts, early access to new deals, and step-by-step booking guides.
- MileFlying VIP ($150 CAD / month): everything in Premium, plus 1 free Points Booking Concierge per month, unlimited credit card consultations, a 60-minute 1-on-1 strategy call each month, custom deal alerts based on your home city and held programs, award plan review on demand, and my personal WhatsApp.
- 1-on-1 calls: paid consultations booked through Cal.com.
- Credit card consultations and points booking services: submitted via forms on the site.
What we do not promise
Award flight availability changes constantly and without notice. Here's what that means:
- A deal we send may disappear between the time the email lands and the time you try to book. Availability, taxes, transfer ratios, and program rules are controlled by airlines and loyalty programs, not by MileFlying.
- We cannot guarantee you will successfully book any specific deal.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of points costs, taxes, or routing information over time. Every alert is verified at the moment it is sent, but programs change prices and rules frequently.
- We are not liable for any losses, missed bookings, or financial outcomes related to your use of our alerts.
The service is provided "as is." Use MileFlying alerts as a starting point. Always verify pricing, routing, and availability on the loyalty program's own website before transferring points or booking.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information (real email, accurate preferences) so we can send you relevant alerts.
- Keep your subscription current by maintaining a valid payment method through our newsletter platform.
- Do not forward, redistribute, or resell our alerts. Member alerts are for personal use only.
- Do not use MileFlying to send spam, abusive messages, or illegal content through any of our contact forms.
Payment and billing
- Premium and VIP memberships are billed through our membership platform (Patreon). Patreon charges your payment method monthly based on the tier you chose.
- You can cancel, change tiers, update your payment method, and download receipts through your Patreon account at patreon.com/mileflying.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive member alerts until the period ends. We do not pro-rate partial months.
- We may change prices at any time. If we do, we will notify active subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Intellectual property
All content on mileflying.com and in our emails (deal curation, commentary, layouts, graphics, guides) is the property of MileFlying unless otherwise noted. You may read, save, and reference content for your own travel planning. You may not republish, syndicate, or commercialize our content without written permission.
Third-party links and programs
Our alerts include links to airline websites, loyalty programs, credit card applications, and related third-party services. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Some links may be affiliate or referral links; when they are, we disclose this either inline or in the footer of the relevant email. Clicking an affiliate link never increases your cost.
Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the service if you violate these terms, attempt to abuse the platform, or engage in behaviour that harms other subscribers or the business. In most cases we will email you first and give you a chance to resolve the issue.
Changes to the service
We may change features, pricing, schedule, or how alerts are delivered. Material changes will be communicated by email. If a change materially reduces the value of your paid subscription, you can cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining portion of that billing period (see refund policy).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
